Can you somewhere pay attention to Venezuela and its possibility to join BRICS. The USA has been trying to regime change Venezuela for decades (?) and it still maintained independence. Venezuela has some of the biggest fossile fuel reserves in the world. It may be that that is also a problem for existing BRICS members.
