As a bonus, Europe will be allowed to adopt destroyed Ukraine and totally corrupt Ukrainians. Blackrock will repair bits and pieces of Ukraine with European money (because, after all Ukraine is a part of Europe) and as part of the process install new CIA labs in Ukraine with European money. Only Europe (woke leadership) pretends that the Europeans have endless supplies of money, but this is part of the plan to impoverish Europe further, as part of the WEF-Woke agenda.
