  4. Oh really - white, cis-gendered are not still privileged? Look at who sits on the boards of the Fortune 500 companies. Look at the House & Senate. Look at photos in newspapers. Pul-lease. He pulled the I'm-being-attacked card, but his group is utterly still in POWER. WHEN YOU ARE HIS BOSS, then maybe you can cut him some slack. Charming that you both have senses of humor & can TALK! Bless you both, but the statistics & logic are not evident in your story.
