  1. Gotta give props to John Oliver, this is pure journalistic red meat. If this was Jon Stewart under Bush he would have just found a way to shoe-horn all the ominous things about Xi Jinping into "but America sucks too." Much of John Oliver's fanbase hates America, but I believe he really wants to look at the world with a critical eye and make it a better place.
