This can't be allowed to continue. If people learned this is how to get what they want, it's the end of civilization and the very thing the protestors claim to want: justice. Justice is the marriage of actions to consequences, it means people who COMMIT CRIMES get punished, not people who share their profession 5 states over, or random business innocent business owners. I actually agree we should hold police to higher standards, but this sort of violence can't be appeased. Let's hope the jury holds their ground, and gives this cop the same sentence they would if the riots never happened.
