  1. Can you please tell me why they expect us to believe they aren't Indian? Don't people in your country not understand the concept of accents, like I assume people in every nation do? And do they think we Americans don't know our corporations outsource to India? I just can't wrap my head around it. I thought they gave fake names like "Bill" or "Stan" so it would be easier for us to remember, but these people are actually trying to tell him they're not Indians.

  5. Legitimate call centers usually employee Indians too, many of them I, thought, give anglo names so they are easier to remember. It's so bizarre they deny being Indian. Do they not understand the concept of accents? I can't wrap my head around it.
