Although I have mad respect for any guy who's willing to bare the stigma of "creep" by doing something like this...this definitely enters some morally dicey territory. 16 year olds aren't full children (they can be tried as adults in criminal courts for instance), but they aren't full adults either and marriage is one of the biggest decisions you'll ever make in your life.

Even today 16 year olds can legally be tried as adults.
