No sympathy for this little prick. I was barely a different person at 17 than I am at 29. He deserves to take it in the ass with no lube.

  4.  @Sofiaemilyo  Rape is like any other trauma, you get over it. But that's not say it's not a tremendously painful thing to deal with. If my father dies I'm not going to spend the rest of my life in mourning but it will still hurt.

  7. She'll recover. My girlfriend was raped and lost her father as a teenager, but she's doing fine now. Still, this was a gross miscarriage of justice.

People like you would rather tell rape victims things that would encourage them to kill themselves rather than admit there's anything worse than rape and that people recover from those worse things, because you're too sanctimonious to "downplay" it. But if someone broke into your home and said "Let me rape you or I'll kill your son", you would choose the former without a second's hesitation. Yet even people who've had their sons murdered recover from it. "For my part, I have always thought the PC line on rape damages rape victims. That line: women never recover from it [...].   10.  @liveleakgf  No it's not. Not if its untimely. What h*** is wrong with people in the modern day where they either have to believe rape is a joke, or a fate worse than death? I intimately knew two women who went through both rape and an untimely death of a loved one (father and fiance) and I could tell the latter was worse for them by a country mile.

  13. Rape is so bizarre. One half the population grossly over-dramatizes it and pretends its a fate worse than death that victims never recovers from (it isn't, I've known more rape victims than you would believe), while others (like in Stubenville) treat it like a triviality to be forgiven, blamed on the victim or laughed at, and swept under the rug. The truth is obviously somewhere in between, and that's just common sense. I don't know why the human race is so deluded.

That's going too far, as anyone who says they believe being raped (or even molested as a child) is as awful as castration + 15 years of prison is either lying to puff their feathers or suffering from politically correct indoctrination...all crimes deserve a proportionate response, even the heinous ones. BUT 9 months in prison is a gross miscarriage of justice.

  19. Rape should be 3 years MINIMUM. I hate White Knights who pretend to believe rape is a fate worse than death to puff their feathers (at the expense of victim's mental health no less, who now think they'll be broken forever), but 9 months is way too short.
