  3. For God's sake (figuratively speaking), why does everyone talk like selfishness is a logical thing!? Selfishness is the most illogical thing you can do: if other people's interests don't matter, how can you make the case your interests matter? Selfishness is based on "special pleading", which is the antithesis of logic.
