When a man says his wife "forgot" her pill and now he has to raise a child he doesn't want (or get a divorce and abandon his family), we laugh in his face. When women have to go through the exact same thing, it's The Hand Maiden's Tail. Women say we can't judge abortion because "We don't know what its like." No, you don't know what its like. And now you will. Just be glad your partner can't kill your child against your wishes (unless you are John Andrew Weldon's girlfriend) or black mail you with their life.

Sovereignty means full rights with full responsibility, not full rights with no responsibility. If the fetus is alive, abortion is the equivalent of putting a child in a hot car then leaving it there because "my body, my choice, I don't feel like using my arms and legs to take the child back out." If the fetus is not alive, then you're solely responsible for giving it life, in which case no demanding child support from men.

@j.p.copperthwaite9921 Only at the zygotic stage could a pre-born human be called "a tiny cluster of cells", and the zygotic stage only lasts the first two weeks. Progressives were freaking out over Texas' 6 week abortion ban, saying this was little different than a total ban on abortion because this is when most women find out they are pregnant. At this point a fetus has clearly developed organs, including a backbone and a brain.

Can't believe this have 9 upvotes. "Rights" not mentioned in the constitution are left to the states. The Supreme Court didn't weigh in on abortion, they stopped weighing in on abortion and took their hands off the issue.

Liberals accept this only because they can use involuntary male tax dollars to fill the void of child support. Pro-choice women would never accept true independence.

@user-qc7vt8ys1n Okay then, if you leave your baby in a hot car, it shouldn't be your obligation to take it out before it dies of a heat stroke either. Your body, your choice. It may not be inside your body, but you'd certainly need to use your arms and legs to remove it from the car. Also, what does a pregnancy compare to having a new child in the family? I guess since people can't be responsible anymore, I should be able to slip you an abortion pill and call it self-defense.

Autonomy is full rights with full responsibilities. No one is more against women's autonomy than feminists, because they always want equal or superior rights to men without equal or superior responsibilities.
