No surgery or hormones necessary. 2) Adoptive mothers understand they are mothers in one sense, but not in another. They do not demand to be rushed to the maternity ward when the child they will adopt is being born. We are being forced to give access to all spaces "for women" to trans-women. 3) If you ask an adoptive mother "are you that child's real mother" she'll say no without even blinking. If you ask a trans-woman, "are you a real woman", most of them will fly into a fit of rage. 4) Adoptive mothers are not trying to erase biological motherhood. They do not force you to call the people who gave birth to their children "birthing persons."

People have different definitions of what it means to be "conservative", or "feminist", or "rich", etc. but they don't go silent if you ask them "What is a conservative?" If progressives could accept people have a different definitions of women, they wouldn't force everyone to say "trans-women are women." You can't have it both ways. If womanhood is subjective, and I can say trans-women are not women and create spaces for "women" that don't include them.

  78. Also, yes, childhood transition is incredibly damaging. Studies show most children diagnosed with gender dysphoria get over during puberty. You put them on puberty blockers and rob them at a change of normal life, instead set them down a path with a 41% attempted suicide rate. What's worse is when you consider those were children diagnosed with gender dysphoria, ie brought to a psychologist, where as most trans-children today are just kids who blurted out "I'm a girl" at four years old and their parents ran with it.
