The problem with the bathroom issue is if we force people to use bathrooms according to their biological sex, there will be a lot of people who look like men (trans-men) entering the woman's bathroom. And, of course, it will be very easy for actual men to slip in this way. How is this better than the current situation? I think the bigger issue is our definition of what it means to be trans. I think trans should be a legal status one can acquire, but only if they get surgeries and hormone therapy. Simply identifying as something shouldn't be enough.
