  3. Here's what I'm wondering, how does security clearance work in the US government? Does everyone in Congress has access to all Top Secret military knowledge? Are there some secrets only the Commander in Chief is privy too? Is there some information (I seriously doubt this but I'll ask anyway) that even the President is not privy too?
