  1. This isn't self contradictory. Pre-adolescent children get "crushes" on each other, which is a light form of romantic attraction, but don't feel the desire to do anything dirty or physical. That is what asexual romantic attraction feels like, I imagine.

  2.  @darrengordon-hill  Why do you think someone could be attracted to the opposite sex, but not hit puberty and have no sex drive? Either way its an anomaly that goes against basic, normal biology for most of us.
