  3.  @thatrogersmith  FFS dude, how out of touch are you? At least 95% of the time the guy initiates and everyone knows it. Most women have never ever approached a guy, no matter how many relationships they've had. A guy who can't initiate will be very lonely. But even if there was no special expectation put on men to make the first move, that wouldn't change the validity of what I said. Change it to "They expect us to sometimes make the first move but we're not even allowed to glance their way" and its still ridiculous.
