For every four square feet of living space the average Western European has, the average poor American has FIVE. What's "reasonable"?

Where do you live? I'm guessing its a liberal city that recently raised minimum wage.

So then the best economies in the world are Kazahkstan, Lithuania, Tunsinia, Tiawan, and Malaysia.

I bet you're living in a liberal city which recently raised its minimum wage, am I right?

I bet you're living in a liberal city with a very high minimum wage, or you spend $250 on your cable TV so you can get 200 channels and get takeout 3 times a week. One or the other.
2
Then you get shortages, where people are willing to buy the product for its price but there's nothing on the shelf.

@chriswelljack4910 Because we chose to live outside our means. Look at the median house size in, say, Britain or Portugal compared to America. If Americans lived like your socialist idols in Europe, we'd never have money troubles.

Rent is skyrocketing because liberals are raising minimum wage all across the US. Here in Austin Texas, you can find a studio apartment for as little as $550 a month, where as in Seattle it's nearly impossible to find one for under $1700. This is precisely the inflation conservatives said would happen when minimum wage was raised.

JamesonWhiskey810 Yes I'm sure a 19th century economics is really relevant in the 21st century.
1
JamesonWhiskey810 No they don't, the 19th century economy lacked competition, so it was closer to fuedalism than modern day capitalism. In a competitive market all the rules change.
1
JamesonWhiskey810 No, we get our understanding of the "competitive market" by looking at the world we live in today and gathering statistics. Read Thomas Sowell, a guy who looks at the 21st century, not the 19th century.

If you make $32,000 or more a year (measured in Purchasing Power Parity) you are in the top 1% of the world economy. The average American in poverty has 25% more living space than the average (not average poor, just average) Western European. AJ+ is literally Al Jazeera, the state media of a country were immigrant laborers have the legal rights of rats. They see socialist greed and envy as a useful tool in destroying America.
