  1. As an American, I have mixed feelings about this. I sympathize with gays, but it's caused us to ignore nature and the damage its doing to society is mind boggling. When I debate people on pedophilia, I'm horrified to see how many people think its as arbitrary as the drinking age, and has nothing to do with the fact it's an unnatural act that they essentially have to be tricked into and its simply wrong because children are dumb, as if prepubescent children have the same capacity to get joy and fulfillment out of sexual relationships as biological adults. You can't ignore nature and make everything about consent. It's like saying that feeding a tiger meat and pouring acid down its throat are the same act because it's just a dumb animal that can't make informed decisions about what goes into its body. Adults have the right to do what they want, but that doesn't mean all consensual sex acts are equally healthy. But society just isn't mature enough to accept that. There's never true tolerance in the West. Only intolerance, or celebration.
