  3.  @mockingintercessor  What the hell do you think the world would look like if criminals could use weapons like tasers on police with impunity!? The point of non-lethal weapons is to incapacitate. He could easily have stolen his gun while he was on the ground stunned. In retrospect, he probably should not have shot him, but how cerebral would you be in that situation?
