  1. The US stole Iraq, really? When the US backed candidate Allawi lost the election in favor of a Prime Minister who was known for sucking up to Iran? When Sadrists were serving in parliament? When Iraq was letting Russia use their airspace against America's wishes? When the 2008 SOFA forbade us from keeping any permanent military bases in Iraq?

FFS, you are called "terrorists" when you murder boys for having emo hair cuts or car bomb public markets. 88% of civilian casualities in Iraq were caused by "insurgents, militia, and terrorists" according to Iraq Body Count. The Iraqis "defending themselves" were their allies and enabled them to wreak such havoc. That's why violence in Iraq finally abated during a moment called the "Anbar Awakening", when the "Nationalist Insurgents" finally admitted who was really killing their people and joined the US.

  3. If the US just wanted oil we would have bought it from Saddam. Polls show a majority of Iraqis thought the war was "worth it" for overthrowing Saddam until about mid-2006. Then sectarian violence kicked into high gear. In other words they mass murdered each other and blamed Americans.
