The issue with this ad is that it further entrenches the cultural narrative that men are the root of all evil. 2/3rds of women say they feel bullied by their female coworkers, yet this ad portrays bullying as masculine behavior. If your wife stabs with a steak knife, then calls the cops and gets YOU arrested because "he must have deserved it" you have ads like this to thank.

"Snowflakes" are people who are upset about things that are offensive for no logical reason, like saying "colored people" instead of "people of color" or calling Japanese people "Japs" the same way we call British people "Brits." There's nothing wrong with being offended by the promotion of dangerous ideas.
