  1. I don't see why this shouldn't be allowed (for private companies to make this decision). Yes, they are telling you what to do with your body as terms of employment: so is every job or it wouldn't be a job. Going to to work is deciding to do something with your body that someone else wants you to do for 8 hours a day in return for a paycheck. What about drug tests and finger printing?
