  1. Sort of like liberals pretend to be creeped out/disgusted when I say age of consent should be 17, while the countries they hold up as paragons of social democracy (Germany, Sweden, Norway) all have it at 15 or 16 and call Americans prudes.

  2. It's very rare, but it's definitely happened. In Delaware that age of consent was 7 until about 100 years ago.
