  2. In office, Bush was the paragon of what Mark Twain called "moral courage" (the willingness to do what you think is right even when you will receive no glory for it). But attacking Trump? That's not courageous. It served his self-interest tremendously, allowing him to rehabilitate his image in the media in one fell swoop. And surely, whether his motives are selfish or not, he knew that would happen.

  3.  @jonathanlayne1754  Lied us into two different wars? What was the "lie" in the Afghan War? 80% to 90% of Americans supported the Afghan War on its outset, now we throw Bush under the bus like the bunch of cowards.
