  1. A dollar has about 20% more purchasing power in Tennessee and Texas than it does in New York and California, and they haven't even reached the $15 an hour mark yet. If you want everyone to get a fair share of the pie, less pie will get baked. 100 million people died under Communism if people still think you can artificially enforce equality without decreasing productivity.
