How can they have black only dormitories, "white outs", white privilege, black identity politics, black graduation ceremonies etc. if the words "black" and "white" are banned.

  12. Unfortunately this is a very serious issue. I've heard from people living in heavily black neighborhoods that working hard, speaking with the wrong accent, listening to the wrong music, and saying intelligent things can do the same thing.
