@가엽-l5r Japan and Russia have mutual airspace/flight sanctions and counter-sanctions after the invasion. Thus, both Russian and Japanese travelers mostly transit through Dubai, Istanbul, Mongolia, China, or Thailand to travel between the two countries. The idiots who came up with these sanctions somehow conveniently forgot that both sides have diplomats, expats, students, etc who do need to go back and forth on a regular basis.
