  1. So the terrorists were running towards Russian-occupied Ukraine? That makes so much sense. The question you should be asking is why IS-K so determined to attack random Russian civilians. Many neighbors are not fans of Russia, but why would Tajiks be so disgusted with Russians. I thought it was some thing about Russian activities in Syria or Tajikistan or Afghanistan. This is execution style which implies they want the world to know why ordinary Russian civilians are being targeted.
