There are a number of ways KASAGO is served in Japan, but the most common ways are fried (a.k.a. "KARA-AGE"), soy-sauce simmered (a.k.a. "NI-TSUKE"), and SASHIMI. Perhaps you can invite a few Japanese chefs.
