  2. I agree in one aspect. The Afghans don't need external help to go to war, they're perfectly capable of doing it themselves. With international forces no longer assisting the secular Afghan government, and the domestic balance of power tilted (once again), another civil war is just a matter of time.

  4. In those countries, there are still refugees from the Afghan civil wars in the 1990s. Tajikistan is one of poorest countries in the world. All of the countries absolutely hate extremists.
