  3.  @Red-Check-Mark  Under Soviet Constitution any of 15 republics has the right to leave Soviet Union! First to leave were 3 baltic states: Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Then 4th were Russia who left Soviet Union with new president Yeltsin and became the Russian Federation!!! Didn't know that? And by the way, when Russian parlament wanted impiech Yeltsin he made a coup de ta and tanks were firing at Russian parliament. Have you forgotten that?
