@ricklong3260 First of All, it Illegal to hire someone here ILLEGALLY. We have Federal Laws, Google "The Immigration Reform Act of 1989" an Employer could be Fined and at Risk of Losing their Work Permits or Licenses. They would have to "Work Under the Table" paid in Cash. Famously, Guatemala Migrants send their Money back Home. This can Easily be Googled as Guatemala Economy depends on this, I also saw it on the News. So, in other words, Money being Spent with almost Zero Return. I see Unskilled Labor, Many Don't Speak English Attempting to Make a Living in Very Expensive Cities will only lead to Increased Crime, Homelessness and Generations on Welfare Programs...not hard to Predict..
