  1. @Joseph Mann. We do have Laws. According to "The Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986" the law imposes Civil and Criminal Fines for The Unlawful Hiring of Illegal Aliens. A Maximum Penalty of 6 months Imprisonment and Fined $3,000 per Worker may be Imposed. Do people break the law, of course. But, it's a huge risk for an Employer, in jeopardy of losing their Own Work Permits and Licenses
