Right now, our Federal Law, "The Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1989" makes it Unlawful to hire someone here ILLEGALLY. An Employer could be cited with Fines and at risk at losing their work Permits or Licenses. Illegals would have to work under the table, get paid in cash, of course they don't Pay Taxes. Many send their Money back home to their home Countries and Families.
