A Maximum Penalty of 6 Months Imprisonment may be Imposed and Fines Up to $3,000 per Illegal Worker may be Imposed. An Employer would be in Jeopardy of Losing their Work Permits or Licenses

  4. It's Unlawful to Hire Illegal Migrants. An Employer could have Civil & Criminal Fines Imposed. An Employer could be at risk of losing their work Permits or Licenses Florida has Strict building codes. No unlicensed person is supposed to be on construction sites

Do people break the law of course, but in the Construction of Real Estate there is a very high price to pay if you get caught with an unlicensed worker, most builders don't want their Licenses REVOKED.
