  1. We have a Federal Law, "The Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986" It's UNLAWFUL to HIRE Illegal Aliens. A Maximum Penalty of 6 Months Imprisonment may be Imposed and Fines Up to $3,000 per Illegal Worker may be Imposed. An Employer would be in Jeopardy of Losing their Work Permits or Licenses
