Google El Paso, Brownsville and Chicago all have Declared a State of Emergency because they have run out of Shelters and Social Services. Migrants are Sleeping in O'Hare Airport because of lack of shelters. You can get in touch with the Red Cross of Texas or Catholic Churches to Offer Volunteers Services or your Donation to help out
