You do realize that The US has a Federal Law, Please Google "The Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1989" it's Unlawful to Hire Someone Here ILLEGALLY. An Employer could be Imposed Civil and Criminal Fines per Illegal Worker. Currently, They would have to work "under the table" for cash with no guarantee. The reality, they are Unskilled Labor, many don't Speak English attempting to make a living in Very Expensive Cities will only make Crime and Homelessness Worse
