@SA-hz1rs Rich folks spend winters in Florida, it's been that way for a hundred years. Last, winter was exceptionally beautiful and mild, I wore my Jacket once. Compare that to California's weather with all the rain. Florida real estate is still a good investment. More people are moving to Florida, Texas and Tennessee. For, the 1st time in California's History, More People are leaving Ca than moving there. Nearly 300 Major Companies and Corporations have Lefted Ca for more business friendly states with Less Crime🌴🌴🌴

@SA-hz1rs Everyone knows San Francisco is the new Gotham City. Open Air Drug Abuse and Homeless Camps. You Don't see that in Florida. Not saying we don't have Homelessness, but there are no street in Campments. California #1 in Country's Homelessness, another reason businesses are leaving

However, the Attractions in Orlando, Tampa, Disney, Universal, Sea World, Bush Gardens are busy year around. Miami is an International business City and growing. Florida, a Peninsula is growing in shipping, has actually taken business away from Long Beach secondary to Supple Chain hassles and Union Strikes

@SA-hz1rs True, this time if year is considered our Rainy season, we are Tropical, typically we get Thunderstorms in the afternoon around 5:00. The rain cools every thing. We don't have Droughts, Fires, we don't have to Conserve water. Plus, being a Peninsula, Florida has some of the best Air Quality in the Country. He don't have Air Pollution California #1 in Country's Air Pollution...declining Quality of Life
