  2. NYC is a Sanctuary City, that is what that means. During his Campaign, Mayor Adam's boosted about being a Sanctuary City & offered open arms to the Illegal Migrants. NYC has more money &Social Services to better provide than small Texas Border Towns. This is the height of HYPOCRISY. Everything is fine & good until it affects your backyard
