  3. Current estimates are 20,000 foreigners fighting in Ukraine of which 3000 are British. If Ukraine was really losing huge numbers of men, I believe there would be many more reports of these volunteers getting killed. Men are dying but we are not seeing huge numbers. Long May this continue.

  5. Some say that Russia is scared of attack through the various gaps between Europe and European Russia. I think this is a mere excuse. Putin is piqued that Eastern Europe is no longer a satellite of Russia. He wants the empire back under his control and Ukraine is the first brick in the wall.
