  1. Russian people are 60% depoliticised & desensitised. They outsourced it to the Tzar and don’t care what he does. The remaining 40% support the war or are against against the war. The latter are too small to make any difference.

  2. Earthquakes are entirely predictable. They will happen. The solution is buildings that do not collapse into rubble when shaken.
