  1. Poland is growing. Russia is contracting. Poland dumped its Soviet past. Russia clogs to false memories of Soviet victory. There was none but that’s never discussed.

  2. The Estonian Russians are similar to East Germans they want the old ways to return but don’t want to accept the horrors and deprivation that go with it. Russians don’t clean up because everything like that is supposed to be done by government. Not my job. Not my problem. It’s the same in UKs poor areas. The people don’t want to do anything for themselves.
