  1. British media turned a blind eye to Russian atrocities in the Soviet satellite states (Armenia, Georgia, etc). They are careful to not upset Putin. Even today the BBC give’s equivalent strength to Russian propaganda and Ukraine reports. They almost never use British MoD data.

  2. Bakhmut resembles Stalingrad because Russia is using Soviet fighting methods. Ukraine is fighting back without heavy weapons just as the Germans did in 1943, though for different reasons.
