  2. During the Kursk submarine disaster in year 2000, Putin was equally useless and silent. He did the same during the 2004 Beslan hostage crisis. Not to mention the police tactics killed more people than the perpetrators. Putin and his yes men have learned nothing over the last 1/4 century.
