  1. NATO and USA should tell Putin that any use of a dirty bomb will be assumed to be a Russian attack, which will trigger a devastating response. Ditto destruction of the Dnipro dam as that will melt down the nuclear power plant.

  2. The crashed SU-30 was carrying weapons. How would that be a “test flight”. Oxygen will often explode if fed into the wrong tanks. Therefore the connections for oxygen cannot be accidentally connected to the wrong systems. If Russia is getting that wrong, it’s a surprise they don’t lose pilots all of the time.
