  1. The Russian car workers said they (The Party) pretends to pay us so we pretend to work. Today’s universal basic income, wrapped up as furlough, is the same thing. Nobody works because government pays them anyway. But furlough is far worse because nobody knows when it will stop so they avoid spending.
