  2. Grass fed pastureland is one of THE MOST ecologically sound agricultural practices is bar none. The grass and surface soils trap more carbon than trees. The fate of MidWest USA (dust bowls) show what happened when they wiped out the millions of Bison. The carbon rots to CO2 and the land turns to dust.
