  1. The British had the Mosquito a very fast twin engine two man aircraft that could carry 4000 pounds of bombs to Berlin. USA sent five times as many med in heavily defended but lumbering B-7s which also carried just 4000lbs of bombs. What a shame that the fast lightly armed approach was not taken.both by USA and U.K.
