  2. International political support is 100% transactional - financially worthless unless you have stuff to sell. Nobody pays Russia anything they don’t have to pay. eg Russia effectively pays India to take their oil. It’s that cheap.

  10. Biden has not really been a friend to Ukraine. He’s given just enough to keep the w@r going by drip feeding military aid. He’s spent maybe 1/5 of the $60 Billion agreed by Congress and costs have been advertised at the original purchase costs of really old stuff. He’s allowed Putin propaganda to inhibit NATO actions. Frankly, Biden has been a terrible president. Trump might be worse for Ukraine. But he will need to try very hard.

  12. Biden supported Ukraine enough to look good. Biden had no policy beyond “as long as it takes”. Biden actually extended the misery by refusing to allow Ukraine to fight back. Trump can see the massive potential of Ukraine that can benefit USA and of course Ukraine. Firstly he has to get Russia out of Ukraine territory. At the same time, Trump will pull the plug on money getting sent to Islamist countries.

  13. It’s more likely that Biden’s advisors/micromanagers to Ukraine are more concerned about Russia collapsing politically. The numerous fiefdoms that follow would be unpredictable at best. And they’d have nukes. If the nukes actually work.
