  1. Biden has not really been a friend to Ukraine. He’s given just enough to keep the w@r going by drip feeding military aid. He’s spent maybe 1/5 of the $60 Billion agreed by Congress and costs have been advertised at the original purchase costs of really old stuff. He’s allowed Putin propaganda to inhibit NATO actions. Frankly, Biden has been a terrible president. Trump might be worse for Ukraine. But he will need to try very hard.
